from New Jersey to Paris to California, there's nothing new about nature...
The roots of Valentine's day are obscure, however many cultures have a fertility celebration of some kind in the middle of February. Lupercalia (lōpərkālˈyə) was an ancient Roman festival held annually on February 15th, full of odd rituals involving blood and milk and goats and sacrifices. The ceremony of the festival was intended to secure fertility and keep out evil.
The Lupercalia festival was partly in honor of Lupa, the she-wolf who suckled the infant orphans, Romulus and Remus, the founders of Rome, explaining the name of the festival, Lupercalia, or "Wolf Festival." The festival survived into Christian times and was not abolished until the end of the 5th century.
Whether you wish to honor pagan fertility rituals or not, the holiday presents opportunity to show your partner that you really care for them and wish to develop your relationship in the most intimate way possible. Getting to know your partner astrologically might seem odd for the average shopper, but that's because they have had no exposure to the power of using math in psychology.
Having trouble with hair loss or thinning hair? Cedar wood might be your best next investment. The Egyptians used Cedarwood oil in the mummification process, in cosmetics and as a insect repellant, while native Americans used Cedar oil in medicine and burnt it for purification. These days the wood is often used in the making of pencils and boxes.
Cedarwood oils' great benefit lies in its ability to calm and sooth nerves. It relieves skin and hair problems and is important in easing conditions of a respiratory nature. It also clears urinary infections, rheumatism and arthritis.
"Fluoride causes more human cancer deaths than any other chemical. Fluoride amounts to public murder on a grand scale."
(Dr. Dean Burk, Chief chemist at the National Cancer Institute, 1934)
I have been filtering my water more than the average citizen ever since I found out about flouride in 2011. I don't drink bottled water at all, and have been drinking from 5 gallon jugs which I further filter using multiple processes. I use a Brita shower filter, and sink filters as well. Though I know that I cannot escape flouride completely in this country, I do notice a dramatic difference in myself when I drink or use water that has not been triple filtered. Because I have taken care of myself, and live a pretty simple life, I am highly sensitive to unnatural processes and chemicals.
When I use other people's unfiltered showers, I break out in hives immediately and my skin dries and flakes the next day. When I find myself in a situation where I have to drink bottled water, or don't have access to filtering, I experience memory loss, lethargy, apathy, depression, and I lose the connection to myself that I have worked so hard and long to develop. I feel myself sympathizing with the wrong and illogical, and I can actually feel my body being poisoned, coerced, while idea of compliance sounds "easy".
